I put this as strength because I was able to steer the bike all the way round the course without losing balance.

I put this as a strength because I used the right technique that the instructor showed us, on how to brake properly. Also I used my brakes at the right times.

I put this as a weakness because when riding I just stayed using the same gears, until I changed them once when it was getting a bit hard to an easier gear.

This was a weakness because when riding up the mountain it was difficult to stay on the bike without fatiguing.

This was a weakness because I wasn’t able to stay on the bike throughout the whole course due to my cardio being a weakness as well and this made me stay near the back throughout the course.

This was a weakness because I couldn’t keep up with everyone due to my asthma, when going up hills I had to walk with the bike due to getting chest pain.

This was strength because I was able to keep my balance when riding and turning corners, also I didn’t fall off the bike at all.

I put this as weakness because I thought the speed I was going at was a little bit slower than the people at the front because I was a little bit nervous at speeding up just in case I lost control.

I thought this was strength because I got to decide the speed I wanted to go at which would help make me control my steering and turning on corners better without falling off or anything.

My motivation was a weakness because I didn’t really want to do this as I was not confident enough and I thought that I wouldn’t be good and kept thinking I would fall off.

This was a strength because I was able to judge when to slow down and speed up and also when to turn on the burns.

This was a weakness because I was too scared and didn’t want to do it. I kept thinking I would fall off or wouldn’t be able to brake properly, which knocked my confidence but in the end I gained more confidence and could do it.

This was strength because when climbing up I used the same technique the instructor showed us at the start, and was able to get up without falling.

This was strength because when stepping off I was able to control myself and not lose balance.

This was strength because when on the apparatus I was able to position my body correctly, so when moving on to the next stage I was able to do it more quickly and steadily.

This was a weakness because after doing the activity at the end of each one were a zip wire, and there was a certain technique you had to do to make sure you landed correctly. However I never did the technique properly therefore I kept landed on my bum.

This was strength because I was able to use my arms and legs together to be able to climb using the correct technique to make it easier to do.

This was a strength because when walking on the different bridges and the Tarzan swings you needed strength and power to pull yourself up and move to the next stage.

This was strength because when doing the different stages I was able to balance easy and stay in control without falling or stepping off any of the platforms. Also the ropes and harness also helped to keep me balanced throughout the activity.

This was sort of a strength because I was quite excited to do it and get involved, however I was really nervous. Also In my group I had Emma and Andy who helped motivate me throughout the different stages, as I felt like I wanted to give up due to the heights but they kept on motivating me which made me feel a lot better, and made me carry on till the end.

This was a strength because at some stages you had to judge were you wanted to land next. Like on the Tarzan swing instead of landing in the middle so you had to climb across it was better to land closer to the platform, so you had less to climb across, and could save some energy.

This was a weakness because I knew it would be high and I am very frightened of heights and when up on the platform I was absolutely scared and wanted to get down, but I kept going because I had Emma and Andy looking after me and guiding me, so I knew I would be safe and by the end of it I wanted to do it all over again.
