Mountain biking, weakness- Strength

Week 1 – Research local areas to be able to go mountain biking, and see if there is any coaching available, and how much will it cost. http://www.cycle-adventure.co.uk/mountain-bike-skills-courses/cycle-hire/mount-bike-hire/tours/mountain-bike-guiding/forest-of-bowland/lancashire/north-west

Week 2-   Once the course has been found, go and attend the course.

Week 3- Go to the gym and create a training programme to help improve your upper body strength and strength in your legs.

Week 4- Analyse your performance from the mountain biking course you attended in week 2, see if you have learnt any new skills or improved on your weakness/weaknesses.

Week 5- Carry on going to the gym and researching about how to improve on your skills by watching different techniques on youtube, and see if you need to go on the course again, or just go and practice by going to a local mountain biking place.

Week 6- Put everything you have learnt into practice and from the previous week see if what you did then, you have improved from week 2 and see if your strength has improved. Hopefully by continuing to do this, you would improve on your strength in time.

Go Ape, weakness- Control of landing

Week 1- Review your performance of how your technique of landing went wrong.

Week 2- Then go and watch video’s on youtube to see how you are supposed to land, and compare them to what you did.

Week 3- See if there is any courses you could attend, to practice skills and techniques of Go ape.

Week 4- If there is go and attend it, if there isn't then you can still go to a Go ape activity near your area and get tips of the instructors how to control your landing properly.

Week 5- Your knowledge of the technique should have improved and you will now know how you’re supposed to land, and can see were you kept going wrong.

Week 6- With everything you have learnt, you should now be able to control your landing so, you could carry on going to do Go ape and keep practicing till your control of landing is perfect, and you don’t fall.
